Dale Jack is originally from Whitefish Bay, he moved to North Spirit Lake in mid July 2001.

Dale took a course in Thunder Bay at the Academy of Learning. There he took up the Accounting Clerk program were he learned how to work with different programs and how to efficiently use them towards his creativity at the workplace.

He's been working for Smart since mid-September 2001. He's also worked as the CAP youth worker till mid-December, and in January Dale's job title changed to the Information Communication Technology (ICT) Support Worker. He helps out community members with their basic knowledge of the computer and assist at the E-centre with his fellow co-workers in brainstorming and the repairing of computers.

He's says he's always been intrigued about today's technology and has a little bit of knowledge on computers but not to a degree where he can call himself a genius.
