Married, with one 22 year old daughter who is currently in Education at LU.
Interests kayaking, travel, films, issues related to well being of women and children.

Registered nurse graduating 1969 from Diploma Course, McKellar General Hospital

Working at McKellar, now Thunder Bay Regional Hospital, since 1971, in the paediatrics and newborn nursery areas.

Coordinating "LINK FOR KIDS" Telehealth program with Toronto Hospital for Sick Children since its inception in March 1996.

Co-authored article about the "LINK FOR KIDS" pilot project for the Canadian Nurse Journal September 1998.

Spring of 2000 spent travelling with Dr. Ed Brown, Director of NORTH Network Telehealth Program, to NW Ontario communities to determine whether there is an interest in and need for the introduction of Telehealth
to individual communities.

Have now assumed regional coordination of the expansion of Telehealth under the leadership of the NORTH Network (Northern Ontario Remote Telecommunications Health Network).
