Susan Owen is a Poplar Hill First Nation band member who has been using information and communications technologies (ICTs) for three years. As the E-Centre Manager, she works seven days a week to keep the E-Centre fully maintained and the computers working.

Helping community members with their ICT needs and providing services to them on a daily basis are the two priorities that motivate Susan’s work each day. For the past three years she has worked hard to increase knowledge among community members about ICTs and encouraged them to communicate with others around the world.
